Circle Line General Terms:
- Food and beverages are available for purchase on-board our cruises. Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited.
- All cruises sail rain or shine, unless otherwise instructed by the U.S. Coast Guard.
- Passengers must arrive at the pier with sufficient time to comply with all check-in procedures, complete security screening, and arrive to the vessel by the applicable boarding deadline. New York Cruise Lines will not delay cruises for passengers and is not liable for any loss or expense due to the passenger’s failure to comply with this provision.
- Reservations may be cancelled if passenger does not comply with all applicable check-in procedures by the check-in deadline.
- Smoking is not permitted on regularly scheduled sightseeing cruises. Smoking may be permitted in designated areas on Circle
Line’s Bear Mountain Cruises, 4th of July and New Year’s Eve Cruises.
- Circle Line will make every effort to accommodate a Person with a Disability and will not refuse to transport a person solely based on the person’s disability, except as permitted or required by law. Circle Line vessels are wheelchair friendly.
- Circle Line will accept for transportation, without charge, a service animal required to assist a person with a disability. The service animal will not be permitted to occupy a passenger seat. No life jackets available on vessels for service animals.
- Circle Line may substitute vessels, change its schedules, and delay or cancel cruises, as required by their operations at their sole discretion, and in the event of such action Circle Line shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages.
