How to claim
Submit a claim within 14 days of pass expiration date. To do so, you’ll need to have purchased your pass directly from the Sesame Attraction Pass
website or App, and have used all your attraction options.
You can submit your claim by emailing us at support@sesameattractionpass.com.
Simply provide your order confirmation number (starting with SAP) along with a list of the attractions you’ve visited with your Sesame Attraction
Pass.
We'll review your claim and will respond within 10 business days.
