Learn about New York’s crazy projects, wild failures, and huge successes, all made possible with the latest tech and incredible wealth.
First, we’ll explore a city within a city. Hudson Yards is Manhattan’s unique new real estate project, home to six futuristic residential and office towers, restaurants, bars and a luxury shopping center. As you visit, you’ll learn about this $25 billion neighborhood, the most expensive private real estate development in American history.
Next, we’ll walk part of the High Line, once an industrial artery of New York, now a scenic oasis high above the street. Enjoy art, meadows, flowers, views, and more from this elevated trail.
If you’ve selected the optional upgrades (one or both), you’ll head on your own to those next. First up is Vessel, an interactive, 150-foot art installation featuring interconnecting flights of stairs. As you climb, you’ll discover new perspectives of the city from dozens of angles and viewpoints.
Next is Edge, a sky deck set 1,100 feet in the air with views of Central Park all the way to the Statue of Liberty. Its glass floor and glass walls tilted outward show you NYC as you’ve never seen it before.
