Unused Sesame Attraction Passes may be canceled within 30 days of purchase, with no explanation needed and no questions asked. Unused passes are passes that have not been activated or used, to either gain entry to attractions or tours or to receive any services available with the pass, OR used to reserve these entries or services for a later date.

The deadline for cancelling an order is 30 days from the date of purchase. Purchase insurance is available during the purchase process to protect your purchase beyond our 30 day standard return period.

In order to request cancellation, please inform us of your decision by email request sent to support@sesameattractionpass.com.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the notice of cancellation. We will use the same means of payment used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

In order for passes to be eligible for return, please ensure that:

1) The passes are unused. Passes that have been used to receive OR reserve any entires or services are considered used, and are in no way entitled to any level of refund, either full or partial. Refunds are not offered for unused portions of passes.

2) The passes were purchased no longer than 30 days prior to a refund request.
